Zach Olen serves Equitable Real Estate Partners in identifying opportunities and creating value for a myriad of property types.  He currently assists the team that sources investment opportunities and development, negotiates property acquisitions and determines project feasibility.  More specifically, Zach focuses on industrial and marina properties. For 18+ years prior to joining Equitable Real Estate Partners, he was a commercial real estate appraiser and consultant and has performed appraisals of millions of square feet of commercial real estate throughout the Sunbelt region of the U.S. as well as the Caribbean from individual properties to large portfolios.  He completed valuations of an array of property types and interacted with clients and market participants on a regular basis.  Zachary is a graduate of Florida State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Real Estate.  Furthermore, he received the MAI professional designation conferred by the Appraisal Institute and is an active real estate broker in Florida.
